Yes, they did not start functioning as elders at this meeting. They had been doing so for months and years depending upon when each elder joined the training and function. They were experts and experienced by night and day immersion in the kingdom leadership roles.

We will ignore the post-reformation adaptation of Biblical leadership in a protest of papal aberration. We will become originalists. We will re-pioneer the ancient landmarks of oversight through kingdom leadership dynamics.

There has never been a moment in the history of God’s kingdom when the natural family was the model for kingdom Ekklesia. There has never been one moment in human history that Jesus built His Ekklesia in tiny domiciles. There has never been a suggestion in the Bible that the kingdom was a collection of house churches.

When God shows up to project His identity upon you, a most incredible moment of personal angst occurs. God reveals how you have been projecting your identity upon Him.

We have no one Biblical norm for spiritual fathering that can stand our conceptualization of constant interaction with a territorial apostolic spiritual father. We have something else revealed in Scripture. We have a spiritual fathering viewpoint that can touch, influence, lead, and impact one or one hundred thousand.

The internalization of Jesus Christ rises to its ultimate in apostles and prophets in their submission to assignment, alignment, and authorization. When such a leader internalizes something “other than,” correction is needed to avoid exaggeration of role and responsibility.

Perhaps we have such a room, filled with revelations of God’s assignments, properly cataloged, and often mentioned. The context of this room is our collection of “we received prophetic words.”

So, part of the pathos of fathering arises when you obey Father in favoring one inheritor over another or in comparison to another.

It becomes the most significant test of your honor to learn to represent a spiritual father trains you to represent the Father. You must be cured of any intention or motivation to do other than represent and partner with the Father with and through your spiritual father.

Jesus reset the kingdom of God on Earth to SpiritFirst mode. The kingdom culture became His representative culture on Earth, preaching the Kingdom Gospel. The kingdom ekklesia would be the mature citizens, assembled as the prepared and positioned representatives of God’s Heavenly government. They were called into assembly by kingdom leaders as a “standing before the Lord” to hear and see governmental ekklesia.
